Rack and Pinion Pneumatic Actuator

The utility model is suitable for double piston rack and pinion structure of rotary valves, and has the advantages of accurate meshing, high efficiency and stable output torque(0-8000 N.m). The body material is aluminum alloy or stainless steel. The set of flange complies with ISO5211 standard, and the mounting holes and air supply holes comply with NAMUR standard. For one specification, double acting and spring return are available. Both clockwise and counterclockwise rotation are optional. Meanwhile, the installation service of solenoid valve, limit switch box, positioner, and manual operating device can be offered.
